Nayaship is a product of Keeplee Infotech Pvt. Ltd., known as Keeplee. We build software for the people who move cargo.
Who it is for
- Freight forwarders, NVOCCs and customs brokers running export and import jobs by sea and air.
- Offices in India: GST invoices, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, TDS and the link to Tally are built in.
- One office or many branches, each branch seeing only its own work.
- In your browser: nothing to install. The screens are in English today.
Nayaship runs the forwarder’s office. It is not a tracking app for your shippers, and it does not plan vessel stowage.
Type a shipment once
One shipment passes many desks: sales quotes it, operations books it, documentation issues the B/L, accounts raises the invoice and files the return. When each desk keeps its own file, the same details are typed again and again.
Nayaship gives the whole office one record for each shipment. The enquiry becomes the quote, the job, the booking, the B/L, the documents, the invoices and the entries in the books.

Figures you can check
Totals, GST and exchange-rate amounts are worked out on the server, so the figure on screen is the figure on the document.
Your data stays yours
Each company’s records are kept in a database of their own, separate from every other customer.
Your accountant’s way
Accounts follow Tally’s names and groups, so your CA feels at home and can still use Tally.
Plain screens
