Who we are

Nayaship is a product of Keeplee Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Keeplee”, “we”), City Center, Sector-IV, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand 827013, India. This policy covers the website nayaship.com and the Nayaship app your company signs in to.

What we collect

• When you book a demo: your name, mobile number, work email and company, and if you give them your city, type of business, team size and a message.
• When you write to us: your name, mobile number, email, company, the topic and your message.
• When you order a plan: your company’s name, contact person, email, phone, billing address and GSTIN, and the plan and number of users you chose.
• With every form: your IP address, your browser type and the time. To keep out fake requests we also check that your email address’s domain can receive mail.
• When your company uses Nayaship: each user’s name, email, username, role and branch; when and from where they sign in (IP address and browser); and the records your team enters, such as enquiries, quotations, bookings, bills of lading, containers, invoices, accounts and the details of your parties.
• Payments: for UPI or bank transfer we keep the payment reference (UTR) you report. Online payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive the payment id and whether it succeeded, never your card or bank login details.

How we use it

• To reply to you, arrange your demo and set up your workspace.
• To run Nayaship for your company: sign-in, the records you keep in it, invoices and service emails.
• To keep accounts safe: sign-in checks, one active session per user, and an activity log that flags unusual activity.
• To issue GST invoices and keep the records the law asks us to keep.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites: its fonts and images come from our own server. The Nayaship app uses one cookie to keep you signed in and small cookies that remember how many rows you like to see on a list. When you pay online, Razorpay’s checkout runs on Razorpay’s servers and may set its own cookies. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your company’s records

Each company’s records are kept in a database of their own, separate from every other Nayaship customer. Your company decides what goes in and who can see it. We handle those records only to run Nayaship for you, and our staff look at them only to help you or to keep the service running.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run Nayaship, such as server hosting, email delivery and Razorpay for online payments, and only what each one needs. We also share information when the law requires it. If the kinds of companies we use change, we say so on this page.

How long we keep it

• Demo requests and messages: as long as we need them to follow up with you. Ask, and we delete them.
• Your company’s users and records: while your company uses Nayaship, and afterwards as agreed with your company or as the law requires.
• Some records must be kept longer by law: the accounting audit trail for 8 years, and tax invoices for as long as GST law asks.
• The activity log of what users did is kept for 60 days.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and saved secrets such as mail passwords are encrypted. Sign-in is protected by a captcha, each user can be signed in on one device at a time, and every user sees only what their role and branch allow.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what information we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it deleted where the law allows, withdraw a consent you gave, name someone to act for you, and complain to us. Write to our grievance officer (see Contact below); we reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your company’s records, we tell your account’s owner by email first.
